Where did you buy Touch-up Paint?

Hey All,

Just looking to get some ideas on where to buy touch-up paint since my rallye red honda has a few minor scratches.
I looked at Hondaparts website but they charge over $20 for shipping.

What about the black paint code for the OEM Type-R wheels I'm sure over time they will discover a rock chip or so?

Had one of the local dealers order it (for some reason they didn't have cosmic blue in stock) and it was like ~$11

Wheels are different. Usually it is a powder-coat beneath a clear coat. Would be very hard to find a paint that would match it or look good.

Personally i would just wait a few years when they get really bad with chips, then take them to a professional wheel restoration place to have them completely stripped and restored. They charge like 150$ per wheel, but damn they look good and the quality is way better than the original factory job.

You can also customize however you want if you go that route. Get them coating in bronze or whatever you like, an not have to worry about a DIY plastidip job peeling after 6 months.

The high shipping is because some sellers charge an improper Hazmat fee.

The touch-up paint is classified as Limited Quantity ORM-D, and isn't subject to any such fee. They're just taking your money and eating it.
