I am finishing up my amp install in my 17 civic sedan but I am having trouble finding a ground point in the trunk. What is the best location to ground the amp without drilling into the car? If you have pictures that would be great.

Thank you.

Pop the plastic cover off where the latch is above the bumper. There’s a ground point there.

Also, any part that has a bolt going into the frame.

I tried pulling up on the plastic cover that is over the bottom latch in the trunk but I heard some weird cracks and stopped. Is this the cover you are referring to? Is it just held in by clips? Do you know of any bolts behind the rear seats?

It's just a couple clips holding that plastic trim. Look around, there are bolts all over the trunk.

You could also pop the rear seat bottom out, and use a seatbelt anchor bolt.
