Wheel setup and spring recommendations

I plan to purchase the white line springs and sway bar kit or the eibach spring and sway bar kit for the r. I need wheel size and tire recommendation for both without rolling the fenders? What is the best offset please ty!!

18x9.5 +38 is the recommended specs for FK8. You can run 255/35 or 265/35 tire size without rolling fenders.
