You may want to post info on the wheels you're interested in.

18x9.5 +38 is a pretty savage setup...these will be extremely flush/poke out a little...and you need probably 265 width tires unless you like em stretch...
I think you should browse the forum and try to figure what you want/like.

This is 18x8.0 +40 offset with just a 5mm spacer added...on 235/40 tires i'm already pretty flush as you can see...i could use another 10mm more or so before getting issues.

Honda Civic 10th gen Wheel questions 1

PERSONALLY, i would stick to 18x8.5 +35 or +40 offset and 235/40 tires (stock size tires) for weight and practicality factors mainly, and it would be right on the money...these wheels, too agressive imo UNLESS you're into that kind of rad stuff and your city is not covered with potholes (i've been in toronto a lot, it' ain't any better than MTL...so yeah ;) ) my 2 cents anyways.

The wheels you like come in 18X8 +35. That would be a good choice.

No, but have some friends that bought from Fitment. They are good if you’re trying to get tires with the wheels because they will balance them too. Idk the inner workings of it. But if you can buy them as a package you’ll save some money on installation fees if you’re able to mount them yourself.

I would say go for it.

18x9.5 +45 fits no problem on 255/35 tires and lowered, pics attached.

There's a bunch of users running 18x9.5 +38 since it's way more common, I doubt the extra 7mm would be a huge issue unless you're lowered nearly 2 inches.

Here's a thread you can reference although some go wild with the stretch and camber.
