Wheel locks & Lug Nuts - for OEM wheels

Looking for some help to make a list, with links to purchase, any and all known wheel locks and lugs that work for the ball seat fitting. After seeing Kev.Oils civic up on blocks with wheels gone in this thread: http://www.civicx.com/threads/lets-get-these-light-bulb-specs-straightened-out.9684/#post-162365, so rough, I started looking. Hoping to collect it all the info in one place.

Thanks for finding these. I'm hoping they will fit the Type R, because I just ordered a set from some place I've never heard of - tdotperformance.ca - I wanted black wheel nuts anyway .

ETA: I just cancelled the order. The FN2 Type R uniquely takes a different size nut (M14x1.5 60 degree taper) so I'm just going to wait.
