thats not cold!!!!Shit where I live, about 65 miles north of Los Angeles, it gets fuckin cold. 40-50 degree highs with 15-20mph winds at times lol. It sucks.
a packed garage is a fun garage lol until you gotta do the shuffle to move everything lolI hate leaving her out in the cold! ? #packedgaragetings
that looks like fun tbh lolI had business trips to Buffalo/Niagara Falls every month for like 2 years.
I grew up driving in New England winters, but I had the absolute worst driving experience of my life in Jan 2019 in Buffalo. I had to fly out of there and they cancelled all flight for 2 days straight. There were white out conditions with 0 visibility and a statewide emergency. I drove to the airport and couldn't see any signs and could barely see the airport lol. The airport is in this pic!
patiently waiting... ;pHoping to drop it tomorrow (Tuesday). ?
Can't supply any info other than that. ?

just take the door cards off lolSo, y'all check this out! A while ago, I had already gone through the car to eliminate common rattles (e.g., A-pillar), and I've mentioned before that I've developed new rattles after installing the Whiteline 85A RMM, yeah?
So, the vibrations are fine, I like those, but they've revealed rattles, only a couple, but I've been trying to isolate them. There are two main rattles:
ā¢ In-dash near the center speaker. Well-known as an issue with these cars, and I'll deal with that soon, but...
ā¢ The major rattle! Any kind of rev at low RPM, especially when taking off in 1st & 2nd, there was a prominent BBBBBRRRRRRR coming from somewhere around the passenger-side fake carbon trim. However, pushing around hasn't yielded any results, so, I figured it was something inside the dash. ?
I have already pressed around the headliner, and nothing seemed to work, UNTIL today, when I had the brilliant idea to mess around with the passenger side visor! HUZZAH! Like a rattle on/off switch, it was that visor that was blatttttllling against the headliner.
When the visor is down: no rattle!
When the visor is in it's upright and locked position: BBBBBRRRRRRR
So, found it! Take off is sooo much quieter now! The vibrations make it feel like a racecar, and I like those, but the rattles ruined the daily drive. Now, to snug everything else up, like the door cards (again, common rattle, and I'll deal with those when the Pegasus carbon finally comes in).
Ya think?! ?just take the door cards off lol
hey if it feels like a race car you dont need those lolYa think?! ?
I will once I get the Pegasus inserts to replace. The door card rattle is so minimal, I'm probably the only one who'd ever notice it, so, I'll just do it all at once.
Dude, I've considered it! If Pegasus or Seibon made matte carbon door cards in the shape of the OEM ones...hey if it feels like a race car you dont need those lol
haha just make some out of aluminum easy lolDude, I've considered it! If Pegasus or Seibon made matte carbon door cards in the shape of the OEM ones...
I'd drop a G quick for those, easy.
Bruh, aluminum is soooo 1920s retrofuturistic. ??haha just make some out of aluminum easy lol

Ha, no door cards?! Why add them? it's supposed to be a track car. You should be removing unnecessary interior panels.
Ooooh, got it. Makes sense, then. I guess now, yeah, it's the DD. ?its a oem+ weekend track toy and daily not really a full on track toy
