So I was looking around autotrader and noticed that almost all 4C's for sale right now in Canada have less than 15000Km on them, with quite a few having even less than 5000Km. And they're all 4-5 year old cars.
I understand that these cars are not meant to be practical and used as a daily driver, but more as a sports car, but still, why are they being dumped after barely being driven?
It's not like they're being sold for a profit since the average asking price of a used one is 60-70k$ while a new one starts at 80k+tax so are these cars simply bad or am I missing something?
There is even a 2017 and 2018 4C that are new old inventory right now for sale.

Taken from a Reddit thread I looked up:

“You have to loosen and torque all the chassis bolts every 12k. Its doable DIY. Takes around 8 hours.”

Apparently maintenance is one reason, and also because this car isn’t meant to be driven year round.

Just google “Alfa Romeo 4c Reddit” and you’ll see tons of threads.

it is an Alfa/Italian car. You buy the car for the style, show, name and brand, they have never been maintenance friendly or reliable..........
