What's the difference between these 2 parts for the Passenger Side View mirror housing.

Need to order a part for a repair job.

However when I go online and look for parts I'm seeing two identical illustrations for the part but 2 different part #s and with varying prices.

Was wondering if anyone would be able to help me figure out the differences between these 2 parts so I can order the right one.

76205-TEM-M01 (cheaper)
76205-TGG-A31 (expensive)

As far as I can tell both 76205 are for the right passenger side

i can't find any good info anywhere. the cheaper option is what shows per the specs you gave. i can't find the more expensive option listed on my OE look ups here at the shop. i can search with vehicle specs and part number and yeah, its a good number and way more expesnive but i can't see any more than that.

Exactly which is why I'm confused as well. The place where I'm trying to order from (Torontopartshonda) but the price difference between the 2 is over $120
