"Whats that hose" & How do you pop this clip back in?

Hey everyone,

I noticed a bit of extra rattle and vibration but didn't find anything until today, the highlighted clip in the photo was popped out and buzzing against the firewall, i was able to semi-secure it with the tap of a hammer but its hard to get to and I'm wondering how to push it back in fully?

Also does anyone know what hose/line the clip is actually holding there? I have no idea except I know there's a line and a sensor coming from it near the battery that connects to the side of the brake reservoir...

it seem it's wire harness with wrap, and the holding clip might be broken on the other side

Wow I didn't think about that possibility, thanks for the idea. It's pretty hard to get to it but ill try to get a closer look and see if that's the case since I still haven't gotten it to pop back in fully, it's just sort of "jammed" there for now.
