My 2018 SI has just barely over 43000 and am fortunate to say I've never had any problems. I have an 07 Pontiac G6 that helps to keep the mileage down, especially in the winter.

18 months, 56,000 miles. Aside from the clunking rear end when it gets cold it's been a champ.
Get it fixed? Mine did that first winter. Apparently there isn't a recall but honda Canada had released a TSB with instructions for a temporary fix. Guess the thought is to try the patch and it it homda they call it a day.
Some plastic cap near the top of the rear strut breaks I the cd so the "Fix" is to replace with one that has a high density foam in it instead of plastic fins... I'm sure I missed some of the finer details. Bit mine did it first winter with 15000km on it and after the fix didn't make a noise the 2nd winter. 50000km now

Never did get it fixed, figured that would be a warranty issue and I had long since gone past that. I didn't hear it at all this year.

I too own a G6 that i've had since college which has roughly 156,000 miles on it and it's been nothing but reliable since day one.

2018 coupe with 14k, the rock chips on the hood are my biggest problem. Looking into buying a clear bra.

After mostly seeing low 30's this winter on my 10 mile commute to work, it was nice to see 40.3 mpg today. Warmer weather definitely helps.

What have you done for maintenance and have you had any issues?
For the first 100k the only issue was fuel injectors which cost around 1200 bucks.

It seems like right around the 150k is where I'm hitting a bit more issues. Car had a wheel bearing replaced a couple weeks ago which was typical. High pressure fuel pump went out around that time as well. Last week it popped up a bunch of codes and now has a rough idle and sputter at low rpms. It's going into the shop this upcoming week and I'll update what the issues was. If its fuel injectors again, I'm going to trade it in for something else.

As for maintenance, nothing besides regular oil changes trans fluid changes and coolant flushes.

I like the Pontiac brand, and miss my old '00 Trans Am WS.6. The GTO, G6, and G8 were supposed to turn the brand around and rumored Cadillac based AT4 sport sedan platform. Unfortunately the brand was shuttered.

Yeah, I was a huge fan of the G8 and when the release of the Chevy SS was announced instantly gravitated towards getting one as I'm a huge fan of Australia V8 racing.

I really wanted the new SS, but after buying a home and doing my best to put money away for my son's college fund, I did not have the means. If I could do it over during the late 2000's would have gone for the G8 GXP.
