What Was Your Favorite Mod?

I bought my 2016 Honda Civic not too long ago, and so far I haven't done much to upgrade it besides tinting windows in the back, and to the AS1 Line on the windshield. Now that the weather is getting nice here in Utah I am getting excited to really put in some good work this summer. So I was wondering what have your favorite upgrades been? What you would suggest as a good first upgrade? What do you wish you knew when you got started, etc.

So far is the AFE Catted down pipe, while its still quiet it gives the car a little grunt which sounds good and no CEL.

I have done very few mods but the first mod anyone should do is get a Hondata or ktuner. My flashpro is by far the best thing I have done.

My favorite mod so far would be the Eibach ProKit & the 20mm Garageline wheel spacers.

My wife made made me promise to not mod my new FK7.

Between my previous two cars, an EP3 ('02 Si) and EA-T ('86 Si), my favorite mods were, in order:

1. Autocross school and events
1b. Test-n-tune days, and Friday "Midnight Madness", at the local dragstrip
2. Stereo upgrade (a simple head-speakers-sub-amp setup for the EA-T)
3. Suspension (Mugen on the EP3)
4. Tires
5. Brakes
6. Wheels
7. Intake/header/exhaust (eventually reverted back to the EP3's stock intake, too)

All the performance mods were done on the EP3, and while it was fun in specific ways (tbh, I loved the sound that the exhaust made), for 99% of my driving, it was simply louder and more uncomfortable. Having a kickass stereo would have been more entertaining more of the time.

THAT BEING SAID........

If I could mod my FK7, I'd get suspension, brakes, tires, and wheels, and go autocrossing on the weekends. That 1% of my EP3 driving was a lot of fun, and it scratched my drive-like-a-hooligan itch that I can't get on public roads.

I didn't realize the intake could affect the noise from the turbo. How does that work?

Flashpro made my EX-L a lot more potent. So far, that's my favorite. Hopefully, my Si rear bar will be installed soon. I have the feeling that will the runner up. Most of my other mods are cosmetic but that's all just personal preference stuff.

All the chrome and carbon fiber trim pieces I installed in the interior,and smoking out my side markers. They're my favorite cause I see them everyday.
My only other mods are a catch can and air intake hose,not much excitement there lol

Awesome! You'll love how it turns out.

Honestly, no particular reason. I thought it stuck out too far with the 25mm, but that's probably just me. It still turned out looking flush.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate. Yeah, it's one of my favorite colors for this Generation. I've never owned a red car before, but glad I made the choice.
