I bought a new exhaust, why do I do with the old one? Do people buy them? Recycle it?

Hold on to it. In 2019 I changed out my 2018 Si's exhaust to a 3" performance exhaust, and after a few months when the loudness and hwy droning got pretty tiring, I couldn't go back because I disposed of the original one...

If you’re happy with your exhaust I say sell it. You won’t get much back but something is better than nothing. Unless you have the space to store it

If you're not going back to stock within the next 3 years sell it, if you have space keep it.

I sold mine just under MSRP to an individual shop. It's really easy for me to obtain a new one if I decide to get another

I hacked my stock exhaust up with a sawzall, and sold it as scrap metal to a local recycler. Got $2.55! ?????

Damn, that was a lot of work for $2.55! I just gave mine away. Big, big mistake, for me at least

I know, but 1) I highly doubt I could've sold it (a single solid unit, mind you) with relative ease. Plus, recycling is good for the ?. PLUS, I got to drive the Hottie, so, the $2 was more of a bonus. ?

?

Prob asking what new exhaust you got lol
I’m sorry it’s an exhaust from 27WON
LOL no worries, I should've been clearer. How do you like it so far? And to answer your question, as others have already stated, if you can find a way to store it, do it.

My apologies for the late response, it’s clean. Not too loud and great enough sound to make you fall in love with your car all over again. 27WON company is great with their customer service, fast shipping and installation process was clear and simple. A must have, we went with slant tips to keep the traditional si look. I would return for my aftermarket parts from them.
