Listing more than one beats the purpose.

Without a doubt, the (Honda Type R) REAR SWAY BAR!!!

How it changes the handling, I can’t believe this one of the cheapest, I would easily pay $300 (CAN, LOL) for it.

Gotta have lowered and wheels, that's two but they're incomplete without each other

Disagree, my ENKEI SS05 actually looks great on stock height I'm guessing the Hatchback Sport Touring sits lower than other models(?) but I get what you're saying.

I love them all but my favorite so far has been my Ktuner. I’ve been playing with a FlashPro and have had fun with it too. An ECU programmer is definitely the best bang for your buck if you are looking for performance.

Ktuner most definitely. Greatly increased power and throttle response with reduced lag makes the cvt much more entertaining.

Summer tires are almost always going to be my favorite thing to swap out.

Really liking the Firestone firehawks a lot. Good value too.

Perhaps not a modification per say but an upgrade?

My 3m Crystalline Cr 40 film.

No more fishbowl appearance, superior heat rejection/protection for my interior and skin, pirvacy from prying eyes, and a classy appearance at 40% (not to dark to look suspicious ie 5%, not to light to feel naked).

Id say for any car, high quality window film is money well spent.

I guess this will be my next mod. Did you follow and buy parts based on this guide?

My favorite mod would probably be yellow foglights. I love the way it looks on my civic.
