What is this wire for?

Need some help! Took the dash out and cant figure out where this goes. The blower wont turn on but the ground on the dash support is for the modes and air inlet.

Not sure specifically, but something that might help is that wires often have a natural formation solidified by being in the same position for so long. So, you could try to see how the wire naturally sits, then trace that to a possible location. Also, look how many prongs is the connector, and try to match that to a connection point somewhere close by.

If the blower isn’t working, start looking for a connector like that in your HVAC system.

Looks kinda like an older coolant sensor connector (thinking 6th Gen, went up under Dizzy into the dash coolant sensor, connected to a fat pin, almost like a 1/8" headphone male end).. or the oil pressure sensor, similar connector shape
