It creates more light on older civics and accords.. Well technically.. It just looks that way.. Ours is being dimmed out by the white light in the pocketI'll have to take a look at this again tonight. Can't imagine it produces that much light for the console, if any. Thanks!
Aussie RS models have a red light, matches the red tacho/speedo backgroundOh wow, didn't know the Sports got red, others have a Small blue LED there.
Correct any models with red gauges get red light.Aussie models have a red light, matches the red tacho/speedo background
Ya it should.. Was talking about the accords scheme as far as them removong it..My Coupe LX has the blue light.
Put your finger over it, then take your finger off over and over. You'll be surprised how much light it actually creates.I'll have to take a look at this again tonight. Can't imagine it produces that much light for the console, if any. Thanks!
Huh? Wait what? Are you saying that you thought that was a indicator for the moonroof? LolStumbled upon this post and glad I did! I was paranoid my moon roof wasn't fully closing
Yeah I had no idea what it was for and thought maybe it was an indicator for the moonroof since it was near the switch. I've never really driven a higher trim level so all this fancy stuff is new to me.Huh? Wait what? Are you saying that you thought that was a indicator for the moonroof? Lol
Haha. Hondas been putting that light at this point on every vehicle.. No matter the trim.. Had a red one in my 8th gen civic.. My 09 accord also had one.. Then i got the same exact accord in 2012 after the refrsh and it was gone.. Also the engine cover was gone and accessory tray was gone.. All cost savings i assumed so they could add the bluetooth at the same price.. Then 2013 same trim and it was back..Yeah I had no idea what it was for and thought maybe it was an indicator for the moonroof since it was near the switch. I've never really driven a higher trim level so all this fancy stuff is new to me.
