Did you do the acuity stuff with it or just the type r shifter? I've been considering this for my Si, but it's not nearly as "inexpensive" when you add the extra bits. I've been curious if it's that much difference stock as most don't do it that way. I also only want to pull that console apart a single time since it seems like a pain.
I added the acuity base bushings only on the shifter. I tried the centering spring too but it was making some squeaky noises even with the lube so I ditched it before i buttoned everything back up. I already had the cable shifter bushings from before. And yes i can feel a good difference. Now i’m wishing i had waited for he 2020 shifter instead but not enough to tear everything apart again.

Wait, the 2020 shifter changed? On the SI or CTR?

Not that I literally just ordered a CTR shifter for my '20 SI to do the acuity bits with or anything... lol

yes the 2020 CTR shifter assembly is different than the previous CTR. Specifically it has a shorter throw. I just received mine! I wish I could get the 2020 CTR shift knob also because it’s weighted but they firmly will not sell that to anyone who does not own a CTR and you need to supply a VIN

Going to say my wrapping.
Pretty cheap since i did it myself.
I just love how the combo came out.

This is awesome. Looks similar to the "stealth camo" wrap I used on my roof rack deflector.

Reminds me of my old BMW, had the trim custom painted in a black and silver pattern.

Does having shirts that match my car's color count?
