How much are you paying in IL area for sedan or hatchback ? In the market for HatchBack Sport or EX. Hoping to get good deal during memorial day week.

Hello.
In Hawaii, I recently got a 2020 Civic Hatchback Sport CVT. It had 9964 miles. Came with BC Racing Coilovers,Type R wing, full aero lip kit, Type R grill Only and Red badging ,front and rear.
Friend was the dealer. Got it for 28k. With finance and a warranty up to 100k mi. Ending cost 37k.
It may sound high, but, considering the low mileage, parts on car and how scarce a good priced Honda is to find here,I'd say DAMN i didn't get a deal haha. But overall, I'm happy. Peeled off the carbon wrapped fenders

And it's super hard to find a 6sp here. Looked with no success

Sounds high cause it is lol this is absolutely not a buyers market, 6spd hatchbacks def seem less common than si’s when I was looking. Could find 1 6spd hatch for about 10si’s an they weren’t much cheaper. Definitely pay a premium for the hatch before this shit

The market is absolutely horrible right now. I have another brand new truck,2020 Colorado, got it during the pandemic lock downs. Both cars total 102k. Bruh but it is what it is

Yeah only cause I get the extended warranty to 100k mi. If not, would've been 31k. I know I shouldn't have gotten it,but, just got it haha.

I can't fathom those numbers lol. For reference, I bought my 2019 Si brand new for $22,600 + tax, title, license fee. None of that extra BS lol
Well you guys are in the mainland US. Here in Hawaii, it's really bad. Speaking of the car market. Mark ups are like 30% dealer. And my friend is the Finance manager. The car was at 28995. Ask the ultimate lowest. He said 27445. I put 3k down. Finance charges and the 5k warranty came out to 37k. So actual car cost is 27445. Just took the extra warranty just because if I blow something up. I'm still new to CVT. Last Honda/Acura I owned was a 2006 RSX type S. I miss that car. But I have a family now and no time to really get in to fixing things.
