My first car was a 1999 Saturn SC Coupe. Practiced on it and drove it around for about a month or 2 before jumping into a 1995 Pontiac Trans Am \m/ had a blast with the car and had a huge 5.7 v8, definitely different than the Saturn. Realized that the previous owner had beat the hell out of it and found metal shavings in the oil pan. Blew the head gasket soon after that and ended up selling it after about a year of ownership. Went back to a 4 cylinder with a 2002 Miata at the end of senior year of high school and drove that for 7 years until 3 weeks ago when I got my first manual and first new car, a 2018 SI Coupe with 9k miles! Its been a blast so far!

Ok, let's start way back when in 1990 shortly after my 16th birthday. None of these pictures are mine, but as close to what I actually owned as I could locate.

80 Chevrolet_Citation_II_front.jpg

It started with a silver & blue 1980 Chevy Citation II 5 door, with a manual transmission, and a sagging roof liner. Great car to carry tons of people and hockey gear.

Went to a black 86 Chevy S-10 Blazer, also great for carrying hockey gear. Purchased used, and went thru 3 motors in as many months. Returned to car lot for refund.

A brown (was more gold in person) 86 Chevy Cavalier (couldn't find this color in a hard top). Good car till it was wrecked. Then drove a red 82 Cavalier that was my mothers till I graduated from college.

After graduation picked up a black 94 Cavalier.

Then onto a dark green metallic 94 Pontiac Grand Am GT.

A blue/green 97 Ford Thunderbird LX Limited (probably the best car I've ever owned)

A forest green 02 Ford Explorer Sport-trac.

A silver 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse.

A silver 2013 Ford Focus SE.

Finally we have my 2020 Hatch (not that I wanted another) silver car.

2002 Honda Civic Ep3. Bought it used 6 years ago with 80,000 miles for $5,300. Super reliable no mechanical issues kept it stock as I didn't have money to upgrade it. Got in an accident last year at 250,000 miles (not my fault) received some quotes to fix it for 3,000. The guy didn't want it on his insurance so he cut me a check for $3,000. Turned around and sold it wrecked for $1200 (quarter panel damage headlight broken hood dented). Took the $4,200 and put it towards my 10th gen civic 2017 ex hb. Its now fbo besided flex fuel and couldn't be happier.

The first car I drove was a 2004 Chevy Tahoe LT that my parents have owned since '05. Drove her 5 years and aside from the 4L60e transmission acting up, she was a reliable first vehicle. 326,000 miles on the clock, pretty incredible.
