Wow an all-blue garage!! Cool- my favorite color!

Is that an STI next to the Type R? ?
? its my brother's stage 2 WRX.

It looks like a common washer and could be from anything but, how about a crush washer from the oil pan?
Oh maybe, I'll have to take a look. Still confused how it looks used and deformed yet no other nut or bolt fell with it lol

My stock 20ā€ contis were at the wear indicator, so instead of spending over $1,300 on pilot sports I picked up some pre owned Konigs with pilot sports 255/40/18 for less than the cost of OEM replacements.

Smart move economically, nice wheels to boot bravo.

Iā€™m thinking Iā€™m not the only one wondering what your plans are to close up that WHEEL GAP... wheel gap...wheel gap?
Sorry, there must be an echo. ? ?

Hahaha. The overall diameter is actually a tad higher than OEM wheels and tires so the wheel gap should be smaller. Itā€™s not to the point of bothering me yet. If it does Iā€™ll throw on some eibachs!

Car was remote tuned by Salasko Racing who specialize in Motec. Obtained a smooth 366 HP. Requested conservative numbers for track use. Even so, tuner had to dial it back a little after the OEM fuel system couldnā€™t keep up under WOT on street testing. FBO, stock engine and turbo. Traction control enabled and no anti-lag.

Seems to be running nicely now. Very happy to be tuned to take advantage of the performance mods added to this point.

@turbociv910 recommended going with Salasko Racing, NC for the Motec kit and tune. Iā€™m in SoCal and itā€™s been great.

What fuel are you tuned? 91 octane ?
The power /torque curve looks good!

Just to clarify, didnā€™t say it looked bad, actually itā€™s just different and the gap to me is more noticeable on one hand but without OEM red, more subtle too since blends in.

Whatever look Boosted was going for is fine with me. I think he made an intelligent choice to get fresh tires plus rims, springs would offset some of that savings, most people lower theirs when going to 18ā€ is all and wanted to know how he felt about it.

I think Eibach Pros have the least drop Iā€™m aware of at .8ā€-1ā€.

Glad everyone took it as rib tickling as intended vs. rib poking.

That's a great looking power curve ??.. sitting about 70-80 whp above a stock car.. It sure is going to feel nice the first time opening her up down the straight aways.

I always respect all the options, Iā€™m pretty sure Boosterdreams will be lowering sooner than he expected, not for reduce the gap , more for how the car corner after Eibach pro kit . No worries I always enjoy your comments here ;)

Thank you alejandroroads123. Yes tuned on 91. Here in SoCal itā€™s sadly 91 is the best gas we have outside of 100 octane race fuel.

Might add flex fuel capability at some point, but not really interested in lugging jugs of fuel to the track heh.

Thanks, youā€™re right and I respect others choices too.

One of my happiest mods that I didnā€™t expect to make such a big difference in better handling and quicker cornering was Eibach Pro springs. I canā€™t go any lower as work has giant speed bumps, (more like half telephone poles but taller) I have to cross twice each office work day and I actually measured these humps when deciding on wheels, tires, and suspension. Lowerering definitely is a lot of bang for the buck.
