Beautiful build! Quick ? Is the varis lip a direct bolt on, or do you have to drill mounting holes?
Thanks! The varis lip uses some screws and washers that bolt into the bottom of the OEM lip. I added some 3m tape as well

This is supposed to be a thread about GOOD things/mods done. But, I dropped mine off at the body shop. ? I drove my R to work yesterday and heard there was hail in the forecast. My wife came to trade it out and got backed into by someone who couldn’t be bothered to look first. The guilty lady was in a lot that was practically empty, and she started out in the direction facing my wife. Broke the lip on my TE37, dented the rear passenger door, and scraped paint off the fender flare and bumper. Glad it’s not worse, but could do without the hassle, etc.

My R has been garage kept and has only seen rain a few times. I’ve owned it since January 2018, and my wife drove it for the first time YESTERDAY (no joke) . . . for approximately 500 feet before she got hit. That’s some garbage luck! Not her fault, as I heard the collision.

Holy shit. Sorry to hear that. Also kinda crazy that the TEs cracked. I thought that was for cast wheels and forged wheels bend.
I was stunned the forged TE broke, particularly at such a low impact. I purchased them from Evasive Motorsports and sent them pics last night. It looks like it hit at just the right angle. The rep didn’t seem to be surprised that the lip broke, but I am.

My failed attempt to add the VTEC TURBO sticker. Bubbles everywhere. Didn’t know the decal comes with the letterings a layer of clear plastic. Just be should the letterings IMO.

you peel off the outer plastic layer after applying.

at least you should be able to. It should be like applying any decal.

This happened to me when I bought my car a year ago. After applying the decal, the bubbles bugged me so much that I ripped off the decal instantly.

I think this needs to be applied wet with soapy water, then squeegeed out.
