What did you do to your Type R today?

Voltex 2V rear wing bracket with the supplied SST fasteners...

Powder coated the fasteners matte black and ordered black anodized SST washers for a more uniform look.

Just need some time to install

1 each of the Hella Supertone Horns.

Doesn't look P&P and might require a bit of work to get the horns to fit. Notice, they are back to back. I am waiting for the adapter and once it comes, in it goes. I'll try and remember to take pictures.

Factory bolt holes.

The OEM horns have a bracket secured by (1) bolt. Imagine it’s a simple matter of removing that bolt, swapping the horns then reinstalling the bolt. With the bolt loose, should be able to rotate the horn counter clockwise to get the clearance needed.... Had to do this recently to install a Tow Hook.

you shouldnt have to. Peel back the fender liner and there is one bolt and you can get to the top clip from under the hood iirc.

Today I found a new place to park.

Picked up my great12month hawk expiration tires, make that Goodyear Eagle Exhilaration tires.

The shop that was going to put them on is at a place that may get closed/locked down Tuesday.
Wheels come in Monday.

Installed the Voltex 2V rear wing during break and lunch. Pretty straightforward install. As far as BAW’s go, this isn’t too crazy, heh.

Pardon the dirty car, washing it soon.

Going to Big Willow Friday 4/3/20 so will be interesting to see if it has a positive or negative effect at the track over the OEM wing.
