"same technology used in their F1 cars, which means it's reliable......wait, that's not right"! That's very funny. Honda engines have been MUCH improved in F1 in 2018 and I have high hopes when they hook up with the Red Bull team in 2019. But they have had a rough few years of serious reliability/speed problems for sure.My friend just send me this link, it's interesting info
I've been saying pretty much since the second season that I think it was McLaren's fault. Boullier's size zero surely had big packaging implications on the engine, I would bet they led to issues. The fact that McLaren has continued to have trouble after breaking up with Honda, and was slower at the USGP this year than last year doesn't directly support that, but it does tell a pretty good story of McLaren's own troubles Honda or not. We'll know a lot when they are supplying engines to Red Bull. Red Bull has been playing spoiler all year, so they wouldn't make the decision to take on Honda power lightly."same technology used in their F1 cars, which means it's reliable......wait, that's not right"! I really hope that some day they will be on top again like they were in those bygone McLaren/Senna years......
This is a great video. thanks for posting!
