Congrats @boosted180sx & @zelmo
Do either of you have video clip of this Greedy 3 tip??
I have one on order but am' keeping my Magnaflow until I'm convinced it's not louder & / or more annoying! lol
sorry I don't have one. It's much louder on the inside than it is on the outside. There is a bit of drone at 2500-3500 ish rpm. It's not really annoying for me but I know some people are sensitive to drone and if your hoping for a drone free exhaust, this isn't it.

I have never heard of ridden in any other exhaust so I can't really give you a comparison of how the drone feels compared to the other exhausts.

Here's a video clip posted by a person in a fb group.

Oh this might be the one for me. I have been waiting to hear this HG exhaust from Greddy. My question though is whether this person has ANY additional mods to get the sound that deep and not raspy, like an aftermarket downpipe for instance. If that's the sound with only a cat-back exhaust installed, I think my search is over.....!

This is more of what I am looking for, as I was including the Invidia R400 and the Thermal, which were my choices along with the Greddy HG. We had a Greddy on our 2000 Prelude SH back in the day and it was the ONLY exhaust I found at the time that would produce a nice deep sound from a four-banger.

thanks a lot for finding/posting this.

if he had a catless downpipe, you'd hear the turbo spool somewhat through the exhaust. I have no mods aside from an intake and it sounds similar to that. I say similar because it's kind of hard to replicate real sound through cell phone which I believe he recorded on.

The note is deep and sounds good. It's also not obnoxiously loud on the outside. Sounds much louder inside at lower rpm though cause it has minor drone. You really can't go wrong with greddy. I've had them on my previous cars too and they all sound good.

Ah, perfect. thanks for the clarification. Some drone does not both me. I have an SLP catback on my Z06, and it is loud, nasty, and primitive, just like a V8 should sound. It drones to beat the band at highway speeds. When it starts bothering me, I just shift out of 6th into 5th :)

Added the infamous “eBay” grill that allows more air to hit the radiator. I added a OEM CTR red H emblem to the grill, but chose to leave off the “Type R” emblem that’s embedded in our OEM grill.
