For the past 11 days I gently modified the fender liners by rubbing a heavy FK8 body up against the new Mich PS4S tires. No damage visible on tires but plastic liners have been heated some naturally to accommodate tires. These are same size as A/S (255/35-19) but I didn’t think about how much diff the near zero rear camber arms adjusted (was -2.7 now -.17) created rub. Will have a degree or so neg added to rear next week. Even empty though, the fronts made contact just a little on Tail of the Dragon. Son & I are about done or TN (Gatlinburg/P’Forge) & NC adventure visiting many parks/waterfalls, car museums, & Charlotte NASCAR Track…. all at 34 MPG.

I learned that NC Elk don’t read (or maybe just heed) Deer Crossing signs.

I picked up another set of wheels but was curious on the reverse staggered look. 18x10 up front, 18x9.5 in the back.

Bob L runs reverse staggered, surely he’ll have insight.

Made a set of clear taillights. For my first set it came out decent. Definitely learned some things that will make my next set cleaner particularly were to cut to avoid any of the silicone showing on the inside edge like these

Testing out a new mic and recording some of the AWE Track edition exhaust
Great sounds, appreciate it. Catted and if so, with what? I have PRL catted w/AWE Track as Touring was too tame, not guttural. Only thing I’d include if doing similar vid (diff ext mic here) would be the random deceleration pops & burbles downshifting, even some upshifting. Not sure if yours does that as mine could be due to the Phearable2 tune with Race revision and FBOs. Regardless that spine tingling surprise aspect makes it so much more fun. Thanks again for sharing. Insert drone hater comments here as there’s some w/Track windows down in upper 2k range, goes away in 6th by 70 mph.

Thanks for the feedback :)

Running stock cat and tune here. I also came from the Touring edition but felt it was a bit too tame while ripping around the track. I do not daily drive my CTR, if I did I definitely would have stuck with the Touring. Track edition is a bit too rowdy for a daily imo.

I think we had a comms mixup - I have two different sets of wheels; a 19x8.5 set with wide tires (275/35), and an 18x9.5 set with 255/40 tires. I don't run them staggered; it's either-or.

275 on a 8.5 wide wheel?
