To you folk blacking out the chrome, are you guys plasti-dipping the black trim too? I'd worry about uniformity of the two black plastics looking weird.

Since it's so hot here I was up at 5:30 and Washed and waxed the Hatchback and the EXT.I then locked the V2 to the Hatchback and installed the Siri Moto front strut bar.I uploaded the 21 starter calibration and did quick adjustments to enhance it a bit.

Filled her up while getting midnight snack to eat. There was about 10 miles left on the range and the odometer reads 385 miles and averaging about 37.x miles for that tank. As I was filling up the tank, this girl comes up in her GTI and asking me to help her fill up her tank because she had no money left. She was kind of cute so I helped her out with $20 worth of gas and after that she gave me a hug and asked if I was doing anything. If I wasn't tired or very hungry, I would've followed with her game. But next time. LOL.

I also added some gold trim to the interior like you did, but mine keeps falling out of the door trim . Right now I have some clear tapes to keep it in place but it bothers me seeing the tapes there lol. Any trick to keep it in place?

I have the same issue. I really just stuffed it in there hard. On hot days it just seems to form out though. Curious how other have theirs fully stay.

Decided to chrome delete

What did you do to cover the chrome? I'm very new to working on cars. Is it just a spray? I want to remove all the chrome from my SGP to include the emblems on the front and back.

3D Bug Remover. Make your own concentration. Best I've used and doesn't totally remove wax/sealants. Bugs and tar just slide ride off.

Depends on the dip spray can you get. If normal plastidip it will be matte black so it will match the bottom grille.

But I bought gloss black Auto Dip so I'm going to spray both the top and bottom part.
