Removed my damaged Sport front lip/grille and replaced them with the non-Sport OEM lip and grille combo. This allowed me to install the Bayson R TR style front lip spoiler without issue. I decided against the Bayson R TR style specifically for the Sport Hatchback because I believe the winglets on that model are way too big. I'm going to try the CERAKOTE Ceramic Trim coat on it first then decide If I want to have it prepped and painted. Also installed the 9" Android 10 stereo/head unit to replace my wimpy Sport radio.

I have the same Android Head Unit as you except it I bought it when it had Android 9 back in the day. It's much better than the tiny stock one although they should have added some knobs on this one for dialing on the volume and frequency changes.

Nope, not at all. Put the front of the car on jack stands, positioned the lip on the bumper (it held pretty well), attached some painter's tape to keep it in place, then attached the 8 or so self-tapping screws to secure it to the bumper/factory mini lip. The Bayson lip comes with pre-drilled attachment points on the lip to simplify install. I was done in 30 mins.

Agreed on adding at least one rotary knob for functionality. The full touch environment allows for a bit of error at times but I'm getting used to it.

Hi All,

This is a beginner question, but today I tried to open the jack case in the trunk. How can I open it ?
( I have a 5 door FK7)

Begin in the driver's side of the trunk. Turn the knob on the jack access cover and pull towards your body. The jack is secured by pressure from the jack itself. (If that makes any sense) You'll need to loosen the jack a bit as you would letting the car down and it should fall right out. Once you put it back in, you'll need to tighten it slightly to secure it in the location.

They're $400 new but I got lucky and got this one from the used section on this forum for $200 shipped. It's awesome quality and feels great. I had concerns about build quality but it's actually nicer than stock.

I agree and they are white on the carbon fiber version and embossed on the leather version.
