Changed the oil and oil pressure switch in the SUV and then went on to make all the modification cuts of the box I repurposed into the civics new subwoofer box, gonna seal it up and install the top tonight, hoping to get into wiring tomorrow after I cut the whole for the subwoofer itself, already did a test fit to confirm the box will fit.

So, let us know. Their website says "Proven in temperatures from -30°F to 200°F" and I am pretty sure the exhaust gets hotter than that, even at the tips.

If you want to paint the tips, maybe try using high heat engine paint or brake caliper paint.

I don't think 200 degree heat resistance is gonna cut it. Good luck though.

Thanks man I’ll look into it. I’m gonna experiment with it for a bit and see how it holds up and if it starts going south I’ll peel em off and paint.

Swapped out to the higher air flow grille along with red badges. Was able to dremel the factory Si emblem and remount it (took about an hour to get it right). I wish Honda would have put this style grill in from the factory as I always hated the thick plastic beam style.

Added the red badge at the back too.

And finally chrome deleted the strips above the doors. Looks a million time better with the white paint I feel and wasn't nearly as hard as I thought. Next up is front lip, leather arm rests & PRL CAI.

Back in the day, 2005 civic models the sedans came with the beam pattern grill and the coupes had what you’d consider high flow. High flow to me just means rock chips and bugs getting in easier. ??
