Washed my boy! And finally installed android headunit!!! I wasn't expecting this big ?

I got my H&R lowering springs & Eibachs rear camber kits ready to install this weekend. I called up a semi local shop Hybridworks to ask em how much to install and they quoted me $575. So, called up a buddy and going to install them myself. Wish me luck.

local shop to me charges $250+$60 for alignment... $575 is robbery.

What headunit is that?

Joying android headunit. There are bunch of different models. I got it from Aliexpress for $329. I've been using it only couple hours so far so good. Especially after 5" stock headunit ?

Easy to install?

Plug and play! Took 30 minutes to install. Hardest part was taking off the old unit ?

Just got the Insight center console leather armrest parts in the mail today. I just finished the first round of dyeing the stitches with a Fabricmate cloth dye pen. Has an orange tint, but a second round of dye may help. Looks good though.

Edit: the dye rubs off the leather cleanly, so I am cleaning them up and will wait 8+ hours for a second round. Then it needs a full 24 hours to set.

They are actually grey stitches, but the color doesn't photograph well.

FYI, these parts are pretty hard to source, but Debbie from alldiscountparts located me a set. She is amazing and kept me informed through the whole backorder process. Took about 15-20 days from the day I ordered to the day they arrived in the mail. Also, Debbie was able to locate the front and rear leather door armrests from the Insight as well. I plan to install the door liner illumination kit today after work (if the weather holds out) and I will install the door armrests at the same time.
