Also replaced the console light with a red LED to complete the ambient theme I was going for. It is a bit too bright I think, and also needs to be centered. Going to have to do some drilling in the near future .

Get yourself a color wrap paper and cover the bulb. It will dim down the bright.

Did you go with the gloss or matte? Looking to get this kit too, but don't know which will match the bottom piece the best.

Where did you get the Asimo?

I got it from Vancouver BC when I was traveling there couple weeks ago, the store is Garage 5 in Richmond, haven't really seen nor searched for this before, but looks like it's a genuine Honda product from Japan, so I bet there are other sources to find it, good luck!

Finally got around to installing the LED Door Sills. Had to remove the non-LED aluminum ASEAN OEM DoorSills which is a shame since I couldn't save them...

Really easy. Easier if you have something to fish the wire through the center column and the middle pillars for the rear sills. I took my time to wire around under the driver column. Plug and play for the connection. 1 hour job if you take your time and don't have existing sills to remove.

And today, I learned a thing! Tried it in the daylight and it didn't appear to dim. Think I'm just going to put something translucent over the end to dim it.

I think it does actually dim better at night once the lights are activated, mine wasn't so noticeable in the day either.
