Do dealerships have a negative equity mining group too, bc I feel like my dealer calls me every 6 months asking if they can "make me an offer I can't refuse on my trade, and get me in a newer car for the same payment or less" lol
All of this depends on the individual dealer. The last dealer group I worked for didn't do equity mining, but just had sales people call previous customers and ask them for their business again. Not super effective in my experience.

The program that I use at the dealer I'm with now is actually quite amazing, as people only get contacted when they truly are in a position to trade up with no money down and same or lower payment. I can actually see what their trade is worth, their approximate payoff, and everything. The program itself is through an outside vendor, but I'm an employee of the Honda dealership and provide the services associated with the program.

Yeah, I'm always trading my leases in early. I always want the latest and greatest. Any advice if we do have negative equity without waiting until lease end?
I think it's just the typical things where the amount of negative equity must not exceed a certain percentage of the new vehicle's value, or otherwise put a sizeable down payment. Or third, have a cosigner. I was able to roll nearly $6250 onto a just over $23k loan with only $500 down. I could have done it through Honda without my husband cosigning since they count household income. But, I wanted to use my credit union with 84 months, and they required his income. Even though we both have very similarly good credit scores, he makes over 3, nearly 4 times what I do right now.

I went up to Portland for a funeral yesterday, and came home today. I had my messy uncle, stepson, and husband with me during the trip up. We ate out and they somehow get crumbs all over themselves and don't wash their hands? My husband got a piece of Moon Pie melted into the passenger seat. They seem to kick the rubber floor mats upwards to where part of the floor is showing and dirt is getting there.

So, I gave Storm a vacuum and cleaning tonight. Here's the magic solution that I used to get stains out of my seats:

That stuff works REALLY good. I remember using it on my previous car's floor mats that had tons of dirt and stuff matted into it and they looked almost brand new.

Thats what I did on my side markers. Had some vinyl left over from a previous car. Was super easy.

I’ve been parking in this same spot for over3 years and this happened today. I’m still pretty upset about it . First time ever curbing a rim / having a mini accident ever . I’ve always taken great care of my cars so this really bummed me . It’s not super noticeable from a few feet but I know it .
Anyone who has experience with this , how much does it cost to repair ?
I had the same on my front passenger side.. it costed me about 125 to have it repair...They weren't able to replicate the exact color of the wheel but i'd say it's about 95%

Didn't do all of this today, but put on my mishimoto air intake hose, added some chrome trim to the vents and shift console, and put on this armrest cover. Wanted to do the leather, but I'm waiting on the leather armrests as I write this and didn't have the cash for everything. The cover actually feels nice and is way better than the crappy fabric on the console.

Retrofit is finally done! Whatever you do... don't try to put a FX-R into these housings lol. So much work, but I'm thrilled how it turned out.

I still need to do a bit of adjusting to get the beam aligned, but that's what took my so long. Trying to figure out a way to be able to adjust the lamp after re-assembly.

I'm going to get some professional pictures from a friend, so I'll get some better shots of the LEDs in action. More pictures in the thread I created for this install.

Would this work on the nasty arm rest?
