Would have been 47.3 but we hit traffic on the DC Beltway. Waze routed us from Pottstown, PA through York, PA and U.S. 29 to Fairfax, versus I-95.

BEST ADVICE - Try not to drive above 72 mph. I believe anything above will degrade your mpg, provided you are aiming for the best you can get.

Stay tuned.... Long road trip to Florida coming up and will post results.

Quick question, is it reccomended to install both baffles and Dynamat? I've been putting off installing my front speakers due to the vapor barrier and general lack of experience.
I used Kilmat actually earlier when I changed my armrests to the leather ones. I added a bit more this time when I removed the OEM speaker. The baffles to my understanding are more to direct the sound than to block noise.

Are you tuned to get 40mpg?

i know it’s possible, but definitely not probable for mpg like that. Even a near full tank, dead of night 2/3am highway. I can’t get past mid 30s mpg at best. Nowadays, probably 60/70% city, I can’t even get to low 30s.

On long drives on the highway I can get over 40 mpg while on TSP Stage 1. Now I am usually in maps 1/2 at the moment due to gas prices but it is possible.

I'm running Phearable 1.5R on my 2018 Civic EX-L Hatchback, and the best I've seen was 48mpg one way going 33 miles, with a roundtrip of 66 miles being 45mpg, going 65mph the whole way. There are many factors that play into MPG, ranging from the temperature outside and humidity, to the tires on the car, conditions of the road itself, what kind of driving it is (city vs highway), what the terrain is (whether its all flat or there's hills) and so much more. People tend to associate tuning their cars to worse MPG, I've seen BETTER MPG tuned than stock. Speed also plays a factor, especially on the CVTs. The faster you go, the worse MPG you get. I typically run at 72mph on the interstate now, because running anymore than that I do see a dip in MPG, with it being most apparent going 80+. Was going 84mph one night and went from 34mpg down to 27mpg, but when I dropped down to 72 I crossed back into the 30s mpg.

If you're driving into a headwind, that kills mpg also.

Where did you get your headlights, and how much were they? Will you post an update on how bright they are at night? Am thinking about buying these

hey, There are Morimoto XB LED Headlights. I got them from Vivid racing.
It was $927.50
There are some videos out there with the beam pattern. I'll get some night shots with it from my dashcam and phone.

Oops. I did a lot recently. I couldn't put it all in one post apparently?

P3 V2 Gauge install. Pretty simple, Since EX doesn't come with boost gauge, this helps.
Gauge Link

I also change cloths to leather, center console, Shift knob and Door rest. Don't have picture of doorrest, gonna have to believe me on that lol.

There is a forum here for the insight part numbers for the center console. I ended up buying Hatchback touring door rests since they insight ones don't fit. Parts numbers incase someone wants.

recently Detailed my engine bay in 5 years. That was nice to do. I did the engine bay side panel covers as well. Just to make it look cleaner.

Hopefully I never take this bumper off again hehe.

I just got back from a trip to Illinois from New Mexico. At 77 mph and a huge tailwind behind me I was able to get 48.3 mpg. It also helps that I'm coming down from 7,000 feet to nearly sea level.

I've also run into a headwind coming back on that same route. Due to the headwind and going back up to 7,000 feet I was at 29.7 mpg on the last tank when I got home. Couldn't belive it but goes to show how other factors can change your mpg.
