How did you do that? Can I somehow buy it somewhere? I don't think I know how to make custom molds. What speakers?
A good audio shop can do it. That said, there are a ton of shops I wouldn't trust. It may cost 800-1500 or more. CA is huge. I only know one shop out there that is highly skilled and does super clean work and they are near San Jose...Simplicity in Sound.
I used Audiofrog GB25 mids for their fantastic sound and small size. I'm not a fan of big tumors built on the pillars.

Installed the @HybridRacing detent springs today

Factory on the left. Hybrid Racing on the right.

The install is pretty easy if you've already removed the airbox for an intake. The hardest part is rethreading and torquing down there bolt that goes under the shifter cable in this pic

There's a difference in tightness going right and left even with the Acuity rocker and spring. Front to back is negligible. It does feel even more mechanical, almost to the point I'm not sure if I'm going to install a race shifter or not

At this price, I feel this mod along with cable bushings are a good bang for the buck shifter feel without having to take apart the dash

I'm beyond excited to do this on my hatch but im mad I have to wait until spring unless i'm able to find someone with a heated garage.
Why is that? Just use a hair dryer to heat things up and you should be fine. I've installed many, many parts with 3M tape this way in cold weather.

Did some TLC for my Hatch the last few days while I’m with my family who has a garage.

Fixed a few rock chips with Dr. Colorchip, with the worst one’s before-and-after shown here. It’s not perfect, but it was easy to touch up a lot of smaller, pin-sized chips and hides them unless you know they’re there… and a fraction of the price as professional to fix something that will inevitably keep happening anyway.

Also finally installed the @ACUITY Insulated Poco Shift Knob. That console trim is scary as hell to take off, but the install itself was pretty straightforward. I had to remove the OEM knob and boot collar. I will say that detaching the OEM boot collar had to be done by pulling the leather down enough to expose the plastic clip and push it in with a small trim tool… this was different than what the instructions or any Si/TypeR YouTube install videos show, and I actually had to find an obscure YouTube video that showed me the way lol… so it might be good to include this discrepancy in the instructions for the Sport Hatchback, @ACUITY.

But I love the feel of it! Definitely makes the shifts feel more precise and definitive, and it puts the knob at a more natural height for my hand. It’s almost funny how just changing a knob changes the feel so much.

You can use a hair dryer like @gtman suggested or you don't even need a hair dryer. You could just apply 3M Adhesive Promoter before applying. Just clean the surface, apply the promoter, wait for a bit and then stick it on.

Since iI had no daily driving to do, I finally painted my brakes wit the kit I've had for 6 months.

It got too dark to get a pic after I got the wheels back on. I'll get that shot tomorrow. It's not perfect but it'll do.
