Changed out the lug nuts and center caps. I was considering black for both, but I thought that might turn things into a black hole. So here we go!

Love the new SI rims. Just something about them! Lug nuts look great. ??????

Installed the Perrin rear motor mount inserts. Bought from Amazon for about $40, MAPerformace was a few cents cheaper and direct from Perrin was more expensive. Figured since I already have an Amazon account might as well go with them and it still came in 2 days even with the pandemic. The Whiteline equivalent can be had cheaply right now ($20 shipped), but I read here, never confirmed though, that the Perrin was a little less harsh (material hardness) so I decided to get it, also their 20% off coupon wasn't active at that time, had it been, I would have been all over it instead. I also like the symmetry of the Perrin as opposed to the Whiteline.

My brother has the Hasport 62A mount in his car, it's not terrible, but it's more than I would like to deal with on the daily. These inserts by comparison are very mild, I can tell it's doing it's job and there is minimal NVH introduced. As other's have stated, it's most noticeable at idle with the A/C on, with it off it's barely noticeable. Anything over 1500 RPM seems to make it all unnoticeable (A/C on or off), at least for me. Only driven it about 5 miles so far, so it may settle in more and be almost completely unnoticeable. I'm happy with it, tried to get it cheaper but couldn't find any better deal.

Today I swapped the standard sandpaper armrest pieces with the faux-suede CTR version. Pretty easy job. I was a little worried the CTR armrest would look out of place, given the absence of this material anywhere else in my car. But I'm happy with the result (ignore the random cat/dog hair):

Bonus pic: here's the center piece from the CTR, alongside the OEM Si side pieces (in case anyone's wondering what that combination looks like):

Eventually I'll probably do the door armrests/inserts as well. I'm in no rush, though.

PS - thanks to @pongoro87 for shipping these pieces out to me so quickly, and also for some installation guidance
Today was the first day I drove the car since installing the armrest pieces a week ago. I appreciate this upgrade now more than ever, and I definitely have to look into upgrading the door pieces ASAP. It's a huge difference.

In other news - I purchased the Si on 2/29, and I still haven't made my first visit to a gas station. That's 41 days without a fill-up, and I have yet to receive a "low fuel" warning. Obviously this is entirely due to the pandemic, but still...I'm wondering how long I can stretch this out...

Yo dude, are those mirrors the ones that you tape on? I got some coming in the mail and was wondering how they are.
Yes, I ordered these on eBay. It’s just a cover so it goes over your mirror. I highly recommend getting a thicker 3M double sided tape for extra grip.

Got my complimentary oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection at 5912 mi. I thought it sounded pretty early but that's what the MM said. Almost forgot to flash back to stock before taking her in. I get there the girl checking my car in commented on all the warnings popping up. I told her it's ok I had my battery disconnected all day yesterday when I was working on my car. It wasn't a lie I really was working on my car the day before.

Yo guys got a quick question, Im thinking of getting a muffler delete. Can this cause any problems, also thinking of getting rid of HDMI exhaust and putting duel tips on.

What state are you in? You'll never pass visual inspection for emissions tests in California.

Here is the cusco rear bar for the fk7/fk8 only. It has a middle section not on the normal bar and is about $40 more expensive. Installation is super easy. 48 ft lb for the 17mm bolts and 42ft lb for the new 14mm bolts. Only real difficult thing is snaking it thru the exhaust area without scratching it.

Unless something else gets released, I can’t add another bar to my car now. Front upper, front lower, floor, type r floor, beatrush floor, rear upper, rear lower.
