All in all, I have not noticed any slowness in the head unit yet. Not planning on adding any apps though. Just wanted the Honda Hack features and the ability to add Tunerview in the future…

I have to reset mine to clear Spotify data every once in a while. I have the hack with Netflix, Tunerview Lite, amd Viper EQ. It runs fine most of the time though.

got the electric parking brake problem error a while back and ended up replacing the parking brake switch today to solve it. super easy, just a few trim pieces and 2 screws. 35355-TGG-A32 if anyone needs the part number (this one has the light built into the switch)

It was actually last nite, I did an oil change and noticed this leak. It looks like the pulley for the crankshaft is just above it. It's hard to see, maybe a main seal leak? Any ideas are appreciated.

All the future cars will have fake engine sounds. It's the future. You ain't cool till you rockin' fake engine sounds.

On a serious note though. I've left mine plugged in. With being FBO and the RMM, I can't hear it anymore. lol Honestly, I can't hear anything. All the harleys, v8s, dump trucks wizzing by me, I need all the help I can to shift.

I'd double check the chain tensioner inspection cover right next to the crank pulley. Seems like a common slow leak point. The other obvious points are the oil filter, drain plug & crush washer. Otherwise, it might be a little pricier leak.

After all the rain we received in California this past month I found a leak in my OEM spoiler. Went to Honda and got clips to replace the ones with a leaky gasket. Removed the spoiler and realized I got the wrong number of clips needed. Sadly I cant return the extras I got, no refunds on the clips.

The spoiler is supposed to be 1 piece, looks like it broke into 2 pieces; the top part of the spoiler and the bottom piece with the pins that go into the clips on the trunk. Looks like they may have been sonic welded together, and the welds were broken, or I broke them when removing the spoiler. Not really sure. You can see the lines inside the spoiler where they were attached together.

Underneath was super dirty. Six years of dirt as well as crusty factory 3M tape.

Cleaned up and removed as much as I could without damaging the paint. Ordered a replacement spoiler and additional clips that I needed. Taped up the clip holes until it arrives. Thankfully no rain in the forecast.

White line rear sway bar (wanted to use accord endlinks but I busted one of them so I just kept stock ones)

DC sports front tower strut

Type R subframe chassis stiffening brace

Pernin inserts for type r rear motor mount

Mesh front grille

WOW HUGE HANDLING DIFFERENCE on my car. It's so much fun. I can throw it everywhere and I love the control. What a fun platform. The affordability and ease of install on aftermarket parts for our cars is beyond enjoyable.

Front tower strut bar also makes under the hood look awesome

To this day, it boggles my mind that Honda did all that for a mini lip spoiler that literally weighs a pound or two. Other than the paint, Honda's choice to put so many holes in the trunk plus the sedan's hidden exhaust tips have always been my biggest pet peeves about the car.

Right? As much as I love this platform Honda cheaped out and made weird decisions in some areas.
