Can you install this if your car doesn't have it initially
Yep. I installed tweeters in my '18 hatch. Just grabbed the EX/touring sail panels and straight wired them into my OEM speakers. I got Polk DB1001's and they have an in line filter
Here are the part numbers: 76220-TGG-A11 (passenger), 76270-TGG-A11 (driver)

Installed J’s Racing grille or as some may know it as the HFP grille. Link here to read about it.

Also spent a few hours cutting out the unnecessary plastic fins/slats of the OEM bottom grille and adding in wire mesh. It wasn’t easy, there was very limited space for me adding in adhesive (1-2mm space available), provided that the groove circled in purple I had to keep clear because slits from the bumper slides into it around the lower grille piece. At first, I was using silicone adhesive. Then I found it took longer to cure, so then I moved on to superglue. Zip tied the top while the adhesive for the top part cured. Sprayed the adhesive and white marks remaining from the superglue with gloss black spray paint so it’s not as noticeable. Spray paint is currently curing.

I'll hook you up with pics once I get home from work. They started blocking imgur on our work internet -_-

I literally soldered the loose leads on the wire that came with the tweeter set on some tabs on the OEM speakers. I can easily de-solder them if I upgrade speakers. Then I neatly bundled the wire and zip tied them to existing wire harness in the door after routing all I needed

Thanks for picking that up. All of mine came with component F/R so I dropped them in. Most of these upgraded component speakers have the crossovers.

Now if the 'can you install these' question refers to the sub, then yes, but you need an amp. With a sport touring, or any version that has the Honda sub, you also need a DSP to interface with the Honda amp.
