My car have only 2,600 miles and i had to replace tire two times already (first time there was a big hole in the road i didn’t see due to big traffic and it completely broke my front left tire that had to replace it) - now was rear left tire, some metal part stuck in it...

Removed tint from tail lights (red part) because i didn’t like it how I did it first time - lot of bubbles and ‘scratches’ you could see from small distance, especially in full sun - also even more came out after rain and snow...
I just left smoked tint on reverse lights. I might just go to local tinting place and do that for me (160$ For both lights tho ?)

Replaced the stock center speaker with the Blaupunkt aftermarket one. Been a fan of the brand since 2000.

I loved how understated vintage Blaupunkt head units are. Alpine had the frosted green chiclets, Pioneer had gold led, Sony pre xplod was amber, Clarion was dark green led, Kenwood's always fried...

I digress, the old blau are so damn handsome with the blue backlighting

Got the 27WON CAI installed and 27WON and TECH3 Decals installed.
What's your clearance like between the airbox snorkel and the CVT sensors? Trying to figure out an issue with mine rubbing up against the sensors.

Not sure. I had Tech3 Auto Repair & Performance install it for me. It was the first mod that I had someone else do it rather than myself. Do you have aftermarket CVT fluid coolers installed? Not sure if it is related to your issue though. I got no CEL and didn't hear any weird noise when driving.

No CVT cooler installed for me. I don't think you'd notice it unless you looked at it as I also haven't gotten any CEL or odd noises. It just rubs against the top sensor and may cause issues down the road after some time.

I put traction boards in her trunk. FYI the 42” maxtrax knockoffs from Amazon fit perfectly!

***UPDATE!! (JAN 25th)
Still have an issue going on, even it feels perfect in fitment, but somehow it just can't recognize it is in Park.
Though on the dash it does switch to P, but when I shut the car off it is still not able to completely turn off, radio was still on, that's how I drained my battery.

Before I head into the dealer I did a last try by swapping my old knob back on, and it fixed the problem, can't explain the difference yet, but at least my battery won't die just yet. I'll have to look into it after work.

Before I or anyone found a workaround or solution, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS MOD?

-Jonathan

Changed my shift knob to the ILX A Spec (red thread) to match the FK8 steering wheel.
Idea adapted from this guy in Japan:
https://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/1003961/car/2928900/10912434/parts.aspx
Helpful instructions from the same person:

http://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/1003961/car/2928900/6153916/note.aspx

The original idea was to install the Honda Access knob made for the S660, which for a side note, it has a few different options, on thread colors, plain or perforated leather, or even Alcantara.
But the cost of it does take me some consideration, the perforated leather one takes about $100, not even with shipping and other parts that needed. So I look further, and turns out this knob type is exactly the same as the TSX, TL, and ILX, and the Acura dealer I got these from offers local pickup, with all the parts needed, I paid < $100✌

What's needed?
- Screws 54903-SYA-981
(it actually looks exactly the same as the one on ours, just different part number)
- Shift boot 54300-T3R-A81ZA
(from any of these models mentioned above, we just need the ring on top though, the boot will not be transferable, not that it's any better anyway)
- knob back cover 54133-TL0-G82ZA
- The knob 54130-TX6-A82ZD (of course, different colors available)

I won't go too much details here, the instructions above should be good enough, I just followed it, transferred the ring, took the chance to conditioned my leather boot, buffed the shifter panel, and here are the pictures...

Impression:
Design-wise I like it better, closer to a ball shape, bigger trigger on the back, height is about the same. Obviously if it is the same as TSX, it's not anything new, but a simple design seems to be fine.

Side note:
While installing the knob, I thought "can I make the trigger feels smoother?" and I did this, a big NO lol
Honda Civic 10th gen What did you do to your Civic today? (II) 20210123_233245

I put everything back together, tested the functions, looks fine until I turn the car off, unusual beeps, and radio stay on, then I realized the car can decide it is in Park already, so it is behaving the same as if we turn the car off in Neutral. So quickly I took the knob off, remove the cushion, put it back together, then my battery went out... :banghead:
It definitely feels right now, I can feel the proper clicks and I can't shift from P to R without depressing the brake (which I could with the cushion?) so again, DO NOT put anything there, the height is already perfect.
If I don't report more tomorrow for further problems, this is properly done then?

After that, I put this sticker on the border of the windshield, just like the same kind as the Jeeps lol
