What color is your type r and why

I have a black type r love the murdered out look with the red accents.I Also got it for msrp so I couldn't hold out for white my first choice because it's easier to maintain.

Championship White because that was the only choice. There was one Type R at the only Honda dealer in this part of the state (and there might be two or three dealers total in the entire state). I don't usually like white cars, but this white is pretty neat.

Boost Blue here. I was researching Type Rs and knew I had to have it. Put a deposit down after agreeing to MSRP. Best decision I’ve made.

Polished Metal Metallic, had it on my 2010 SI and wanted the same color. Matches the RDX in the garage. Under the radar color that blends in with all the boring cars out there, looks great blacked out. Looks amazing clean and holds dirt well too.

I got mine in Sonic Grey Pearl but I preferred Boost Blue. In my part of Texas, the Type R was hard to find and so I pick up the first one I could get a hold of. But I immediately wrapped it in yellow.

Japan’s racing colors are white with red accents. That’s why my car is white.

From the first time I saw pics of a Riviera Blue Porsche 993 RS Clubsport (and same colored widebody S with the split grill), I fell in love with the smurf blue.

Not at the point where I can dive deep into Porsches but when I saw the CTR checks all the boxes I needed for my new daily AND it comes in that smurfy Boost Blue, I knew it was the only choice for me.

Agreed! And PMM IMHO is the less attention grabbing color

I generally like reds and blues on cars, but went with the Rallye Red. I think the car is most photogenic in red. Plus you can't go wrong with red. Think it was the best color for my AP1 S2000 too.

PY for me only because I don’t have my CW anymore. Those really are the only two colors of this car that I would own. Love them both.

They are sentimental to me as I both owned/road raced ITRs in those same colors in the past.

PMM. No longer available in new CTR though. A more mature sedate color that really pops when clean. The body styling is enough for me and I didn't need a loud color.

I ordered mine in black. Black with red accents to me suits the car well. Ain't got it yet will be coming in 2 weeks, but did see a black one the other day coming around the corner. And it looked soo good.
I didn't want the car colour to be too loud. Styling is already loud as it is. Although if black hypothetically wasn't available I wouldn't mind a neutral colour, Polished metal, Aegean blue or even championship white.
