This is over-maintained, it's a Civic not a space shuttle.
Hahaha nice analogy! I agree; the CVT fluid can wait, at the very least, 25k miles. That's what our owners manual recommends for highly mountainous driving. Even though I'm in South Florida, where there's no mountains at all, I still changed it at 25k miles because it was my first time and hey the manual said I could at that point with no harm. But after just two oil changes, probably less than 15k miles of use, is just way too early. I mean your tranny is very happy but your wallet probably isn't!

check your tire pressure, oil level, and washer fluid level every 1-2 weeks

other then that go by the MM, but its really just an estimate,

i change oil once a year OR when MM is at 20-30% whichever comes first,

my car hasn't needed these yet but when the times comes i will.....

- change air filter and PCV approx every 30,000 miles
- change tranny fluid and coolant every 3 years or 40-50,000 miles

other than that these cars arn't going to require much, plugs and belt these days can pretty much last the lifetime of the car, just check the belt maybe after 100k miles,

have brakes done whenever nessessary
For the brakes I realized in other cars that when the fluid level hits the low line is about time to replace the pads.

Yearly I’d recommend you grease up your slider pins and brakepad brackets.
I second this. Coming from someone who lives in the northeast and every dam brake job on my cars I have to replace the caliper in whole as the slider seizes in the caliper and the nut breaks off. P I T A.
