Weird sound from glove box area

I need help getting to the bottom of wtf this sound is? it comes and goes very randomly, maybe sometimes when I use any climate control? Help!

It sounds like something flapping around on top of your cabin air filter.

Should probably pull out your cabin air filter to make sure something isn't stuck inside it that's causing the noise.

I will do what you tell me, but the noise seems more like an electrical noise.

This video is not mine,

But it makes the same noise and comes from the same part.

The noise is random.

I had the same problem going on randomly but after replacing my condenser by the dealership, i don't have any noise anymore, idk if it’s related to it or coincidence because its only been few days i notice it

Sounds like some sort of servo or actuator malfunction.

try punching it real hard. sounds like an actuator is stuck
