Weird Noise From Engine Bay

Whenever i start my 2018 si sedan, there's a weird noise that sounds like water flowing and i have no clue what it could be. Anyone else encounter this? I also get some sort of whirring noise as well.

The water noise I've always attributed to the A/C. I hear it too and never bothered worrying about it. It goes away if you turn the climate control off. I wouldn't worry about it unless someone corrects me.

Mine also does this, it's AC related. Every other car I've owned has also made some sort of water type sound from the AC as well. I guarantee the whirring noise is your turbo partially spooling
