Compressing air causes it to heat up quite a bit, I bet it would be beneficial. Maybe not required.

Clertus tested one on a 2.0 cobalt, it got like 3-4 lbs of boost

Turbo air heats up because exhaust heats up turbo. Which is why you need intercooler if not running meth

Wow that's cool. I suppose you'd still need an intercooler though. Looks like it might be finicky to fine tune and control too.

no it's plug and play and it's an on off switch...check this video you can install this on any car...the video is pretty funny too i love these guys haha



You can even install 2 and really make it rip XD

it's still very much of a "prototype'' or 1st gen kind of product for sure but 5 or 10 years down the road, better batteries maybe etc. it could become something viable.

what would be amazing for EVERY civic would be a kit with an electric motor and a battery pack in the trunk linked to an axle system that could drive the rear wheels...

i think future electric motor and batteries technology will make modifications like that a possibility for sure at least i hope so...

Literally just finished the new joe rogan/elon musk PC, and all this is very fitting.
This is interesting. Wonder if it could be applicable, safely with the right tune?
Im potentially going to tackle this.
