I’ve recently been contemplating installing a water/methanol kit on my k20c2. Ive done a bit of research, not knowing much about this, and it seems possible. I do have a throttle body spacer which would allow for a nozzle to be threaded into it.
Anyone have any experience doing this on NA engines?

thanks!

The benefits of watermeth suits the needs for boosted apliactions, on an NA engine you could gain a few hp from timing advance but you dont have massive amounts of air to cool like on a turbo. Spend money on other parts.

should help with keeping the engine clean too.

any sort of cooling or the ability to increase octane levels is good for either TC'ed ot N/A engines.

Wow that's cool. I suppose you'd still need an intercooler though. Looks like it might be finicky to fine tune and control too.
I don’t think an intercooler would be needed as it doesn’t heat up like a traditional turbo would. However I also saw dei has a cryo2 intercooler spray and intake coolers. Could reduce temps before the electric turbo and maf

Compressing air causes it to heat up quite a bit, I bet it would be beneficial. Maybe not required.
