Battery disconnected lately? Usually the same bs everytime and you drive it then its fine. Or check engine light on?

Gonna have to run the scanner for codes to figure that one out. I'm not sure what would keep you from going over 5mph.

Your battery might be on its way out and the voltage may have dipped low enough to piss off various electrical systems. It happened to me as I was pulling into a parking lot.
The OEM battery is low on electrolyte from the factory, maybe you can just top it off with distilled water and fix it up. Although charging it with a charger after topping it off is beneficial.
