Thanks! An odd way to program it, but it works. :) I'd always just used info to go into my trip mileage screens.
Sure, it will default to the last screen.

I've tried all the steps people have put up here and I cannot manage to get a new wallpaper. Any other possible ways to do so?

Is there an easier way to get the clock screen to show up than Home > Info > Clock. Seems like a lot of buttons just to put the clock up as the background for the drive. Hitting the small time in the corner would have made sense, but for me that goes straight to the settings menu.
Yes, if you change the skin to the alternate skin, you can setup a direct link to the clock. I plan on making a video tutorial for the second skin soon.

Ok, so now I can actually test this stuff. Adding wallpaper for the ClockInfo app was easy. (save the limit of five files imported. I had six on the stick.) But the Gallery app see nothing. If you made this work with the Gallery app, where was it seeing the images? Your phone as a media server or USB PTP/MTP? (I didn't have mine when I was playing with this. I guess I need to go try that.) Downloaded to local storage over an Internet connection using the browser? On a USB mass storage device?

My car has an Android kernel from November, so it seems likely that Honda software development hasn't stopped even if owners are stuck in place.

I also haven't been able to add a custom wallpaper to the home screen. I can add some of the "built-in" ones, and live wallpapers, but none of the ones I've uploaded to the car via USB stick show up in the Gallery (though they do show up for the clock screen wallpaper).

I'm having the same issue, too. The only way I have found that is a limited way around this issue, is set the custom wallpaper file (by holding the empty space in home screen) while you have your USB in. This sets your custom wallpaper, but you can't change it freely w/o the USB in. Then the other method of uploading your 'wallpapers', can be used for the clock screen. If anyone has a way around this please inform!

You have to upload it from USB drive

Import wallpaper
You can import up to five images, one at a time, for wallpaper from a USB flash
drive.
1. Connect the USB flash drive to the USB
port.
2 USB Port(s) P. 199
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Clock.
4. Select Clock/Wallpaper Type, then open
the Wallpaper tab.
5. Select Add New.
u The picture name is displayed on the list.
6. Select a desired picture.
u The preview is displayed on the left side
on the screen.
7. Select Start Import to save the data.
u The display will return to the wallpaper

• When importing wallpaper files, the image must be
in the USB flash drive’s root directory.
Images in a folder cannot be imported.
• The file name must be fewer than 64 characters.
• The file format of the image that can be imported
is BMP (bmp) or JPEG (jpg).
• The individual file size limit is 5 MB.
• The maximum image size is 4,096 × 4,096 pixels. If
the image size is less than 800 Ă— 480 pixels, the
image is displayed in the middle of the screen with
the extra area appearing in black.
• If the USB flash drive does not have any pictures,
the No files detected message appears.
Will this still work on the '18 Civic Hatch ST? My default screen is either the setting screen or ipod screen (if i play it previously.) Also the size of the wallpaper is valid at 4096 x 4096 pxl?

Anyone tries to play with the widgets/apps on the Civic yet? I'm curious to know.
Huge nothingburger. The calculator in my '07 CR-V is more capable.
