It may vary slightly based on location but historically I’ve paid $250-$275 to ship wheels + $90 would go to PayPal. To answer your question, no I can’t accept $3k shipped right now.

Oh man who are you using? I’ve shipped LOTS of wheels and $100 easy with fedex for just wheels.

$200-300 would be with tires or you’re paying wayyyy to much.
