Volk TE37 Repaint

Hello friends,
I have these wonderful VOLK TE37 rims. The previous owner did not take good care of the rims. That's why they have to be repainted. The problem with every rim painter is the engraving. Nobody can keep the engraving as it is. Do you know solutions?

I think I need a stencil for the engraving. But where do I get it from?
