VIN numbers aren't matching

So I recently bought a 2017 Civic Sports Plus 10th Gen hatchback (UK variant). I just discovered the vin number which is written on the Frame doesn't matches the VIN number written behind the dashboard.
The VIN number which is under the floor mats of driver side is for a 1.5 Civic Sports Plus (which I have) and the VIN number which is behind the Dashboard is for a 2017 manual 1.0 civic hatchback.

Vehicle could have been in an accident? Maybe it was repaired with a front clip from a different vehicle?
