Thinking of getting the front fender flares only. Does it look like it will align well with stock side skirts?

It should but remember the front sticks down past the side marker and is over an inch wider than the bumper. There's a wide body piece that goes on the bumper also.

Yeah I am thinking there would have to be some modification for the front bumper widebody attachment. Did you still have the OEM bumper? wondering if you did could you take a photo on how that part would look on it - for looks and fit consideration

You'd remove the side marker since you chop the entire tab off where it rubs the most.
