WWMISC,
Thank you. I was able to find molex connectors from pc board computer parts. I found out that I need 2 of them, on each sides. I didn't read any posting about loosing the plastic terminal holder which is needed so that the molex connector can slide in easily. I tried last week and failed and posted this question then installed yesterday and it works great. Here is the computer parts cable picture incase others are struggling as I did. Not sure about others, but took me total of 8 hours including soldering the wire.

18 AWG is likely too big. I used 20 AWG and it was tight. Ideally I'd say 22-24. Some folks ID'd these as workable:

Hello,
I did this mode on 2019 civic lx 4 door sedan (canadian version) and its worked. The part number for wiper switch that I used is 35256-TVA-A11. There is 2 types of pin. Wiper switch and BCM connectors don’t have the same pins. I will joint a picture of pins. Pins go into connectors completly as oem whithout forcing them. If someone interessted I took those pins from 8 gen civic. It’s not hard to do that. Just make sure the wire is away from moving part and not stressed while you adjust steering wheel.

I just performed this mod yesterday on my 2019 US Spec LX Sedan. The switch part number I used was 35256-TVA-A11. I was able to buy connectors through Digikey to get the connections secure, I will explain a little further.

WM2581CT-ND was the part number of the connector I used for the wiper switch electrical plug, and WM2510-ND was the part number I used for the beige connector on the BCM, slot E21.

I do want to note that the WM2510-ND part number that I used for the beige connector on the BCM, would not seat all the way in place. I originally thought the connection was secure, because after inserting the wire, I gave the wire a light tug to check how secure it was, and the connection felt snug. Looking back now, I believe that I'm sure that the issue was that I had used a 16 gauge wire, since that was all that I had access to. What I ended up doing to work around this was I cut up a paperclip and inserted it into the E21 slot on the beige BCM connector, and then inserted the wire to complete the connection.

I want to thank everyone on this thread for all of the info on this subject. I'm glad to be able to easily install upper level options on my LX Sedan. I purchased the LX specifically for the engine/transmission with no sunroof (I opted for the 6 speed manual), and knew I would be missing out on features that should be standard.

At some point I'll be installing a 60/40 split rear seat, and then do some research to see if I can install a powered driver seat.
