you know who stated they haven't had any failures.. @VargasTurboTech and their GC line of drop-in turbos. while i have the PRL kit from 3 years ago, i'd get a Vargas kit if i was in the market today.

Strange how the most reliable turbo is one used for german cars lmao.
I wouldn't say that, VW have some garbage turbos as well. I have used Precision and Garrett turbos on my other cars, never had a cartridge shaft fail, turbine housing cracked, etc with a lot more EGT's and abuse. This is purely cheap materials / bad design. I have a problem with companies taking our hard earned money and hoping they can get away with a bad product. I'm sure they're decent people, just bad products....
